So how would you fix LSU?

We all know the problems. But what are some constructive concrete things that can be done to remedy the situation?

Buy tiger land and North of campus and raze them to the ground.
Put in businesses and bars and make the areas safe for students.
Basically just get rid of the bad elements and things tend to fix themselves.

Raise admission standards across the board EQUALLY for all races also not accept so many kids each year to where u have freshman living in bug infested apartments. Get leadership that will implement these things.

I suspect there’s a market correction in progress for college education. Admissions standards have dropped everywhere.
When the capable students go to college out of state - or not at all - these schools will admit anyone with a pulse so they can keep the lights on.

You have to make it uncomfortable for the undesirables to roam freely around campus on gamedays, and there are numerous ways to achieve that.
Campus should be treated as an island so to speak, even on gamedays.
There's a reason I hardly ever see undesirables or smell the stench of weed where I reside - those folks would stick out like a sore thumb in my neighborhood.
And raise admission standards.

There is also a vacuum on campus around the North Gates and down highland where there was once tailgating. Killing the oaks was just an excuse to move everything South where they could charge for it.

Hire tailgate enforcers that go around to every tailgate breathalyzing people. If anyone at tailgate breaths over X amount, tailgate gets shutdown.
