If they have someone pegged for his spot then they pull the trigger. But for the life of me I dont know who that person would be. Some big name coaches are not leaving their current jobs to go to Pedo U. This year at NC proves a long time NFL HC is not going to be guaranteed a success in college.

Cignetti is 64. If you’re going to bite the bullet on a $50M+ buyout to fire Franklin, you’re not doing it to hire a guy who could be ready to retire in a couple of years.
