Until the decent black community rises up and revolts against this ghetto culture, nothing is going to change. There are hints of blow back, but the reaction needs to be strong, a literal culling of the herd.

The ghetto gun culture has hit a lot of small towns. Some of these towns get a double whammy - ghetto gun culture in the town and white trash meth culture in the country.
