So I had two scripts called in and I am waiting here over an hour for these retards to put it in a bottle. They finally call my name and I get up there and there is one script.

I call the Dr. and I'm like well? She said she called it in and it went through. So she calls them back and they say "we were out so we just cancelled that one" no communication, no feedback, nothing. Just disappeared that one.

If I didnt know I was supposed to get 2 scripts I would have never known.

When my doc sends in a script it's in a bag on a shelf waiting for me when I get there.

Sound like you're at Walgreens

Customer service is going down the drain.

I’ve never given so many 1 star reviews in my life for things similar to this.

You just go ahead and keep on supporting big pharma, all the while you're shortening your own life.

Can’t emphasize enough how much better it is doing business with a mom and pop pharmacy rather than a big box chain with a staff of $10 an hour queenz.

This.

We only use the Walgreens by our house for after-hours needs. Actually pass 4-5 big box pharmacies to get to ours. In and out in 5 minutes or less, a phone call from a human if there's any issues. Worth every penny of sanity.

Once I was flying from Houston to Lafayette, LA, but my company travel agent put me on a flight to Lafayette, IN.

Sounds like the typical Atlanta pharmacy experience.

They were trying to de-escalate. They actually knew you didn't really need 1000 oxycontins this month.

CVS/Walgreens/some other big box drug store? Honestly one of the best things we've done in recent years is quit sending any scripts to those places and switched to a local family owned pharmacy. They usually have it ready within an hour, and never had issues with them being out or cancelling anything. When you walk up to the counter someone comes talk to you instead of casually glancing at you for 45 minutes pretending to be busy.

My kid went to the doc Friday morning and they called in an antibiotic to our usual Walgreens. Never got the usual call saying the order was filled.

Head to the location after dinner, and they said that the medication was unavailable at their location. Mind you they never made any attempt to call us and give us options. They were able to send the script to another location for a fill. That could have been handled over the phone and saved us a trip.

I use CVSCaremark and get my scripts in the mail. I’ve been doing it for years and haven’t had any problems.

When I was a kid all the pharmacies were locally owned and they delivered your prescriptions.
