I enjoyed his 3 Dunk and Egg short stories more than the actual main story. Know why? They all have ENDINGS.

This just seems like a Knights Tale turned into a tv show without Heath Ledger.

What is the purpose of this knight in the book?

Except he's not done with the story. And never will be.

It looks like the three novellas will all be covered in this first season. So anything after season one will all be non GRRM stories.

I didn’t notice anything from Sworn Sword in the trailer unless I missed it.

I stand corrected. Just looked it up, he's actually doing one novella per season.

This is based off three short stories set in the world of The Song of Ice and Fire, which was combined into "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms." Highly recommend

Unless it was mentioned in an article, I only saw scenes from The Hedge Knight. It all looked to fit the book, which is good.

As for someone asking who this knight is to the rest of the story, he certainly has his own influence on the future of Westeros, but it is more about the characters and stories he interacts with.

I read the book a few years ago but remember nothing. Guess I need to reread it. I'm struggling to finish "A Dance with Dragons" now.
