Yes, I have. My lower legs were dangling in the kitchen. The bad news, it needed a 2'x2' patch. The good news, it wasn't my house.

When I sold real estate I was in a client's house when client went up in attic. Dog followed client. Dog fell through sheetrock in hallway. Dog walked it off. Homeowner showed in various other ways that they were a complete moron.

I was helping my uncle move Xmas decor down from the attic one year. Slipped off a rafter and punched a hole in his living room ceiling. Luckily, my balls caught me before I fell through.

No drywall damage from me, upwards down, or sideways.

All of this drywall talk reminded of the time I was carry an entire length of the green 3/4" elevator shaft drywall over my head when it split in the middle and I became the middle of a drywall sandwich. Many laughs were had.

Lunch was nothing special, just a Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl.
Drywall hole story:
Was having a really shitty day at work several years ago and took my lunch break. Went home, started heating up my lunch and one of my problem children bosses called me asking me to come back to the office to do something he was completely capable of doing.
Got pissed, threw my food back in the fridge and went into the living room to grab my keys.Got fed up and went to sling my phone across the room, ("Like I said it was a really bad day already.) and at the last second. my brain said "Don't do that or you'll destroy the phone and get really pissed." So I elected to throw it into the couch...where it bounced up and hit the wall putting a hole in the drywall
As I said, it was a real bad day. I just lost a close friend, half of the staff in the office was out, shite was breaking left and right, and on top of it, it seemed like the whiniest of employees were the ones that were blowing me up with the most random and asinine IT issues.
I was already 2 hours late for lunch at that point and starving. The guy who called me just flipped the final switch on a blow up and the phone went flying. That said, that day I discovered Otterboxes were legit.

No food.
Kicked a hole in the wall out of anger, instantly regretted it.
My neighbor fell through his ceiling once retrieving Christmas decorations.

Yep. Year after I bought my house AC drain line clogged. 2nd day drain the pan, in August I over heated and stepped through. Attempted to patch it myself. Fast forward to the flood in '16 and the sheetrock guy who did my housed sees my attempt and says "who did that, not good job" and refinished that spot for me.

Helpful hint:
In my first house I had to replace a stained square in the ceiling, and re-texture because it was the old popcorn texture.
The hint is, if you’re using the texture in the aerosol can, an upside down umbrella isn’t enough to catch all the rebound from the spray. And you’ll be picking pieces of it out of carpet and off appliances and furniture for a long time.

Spaghetti-O’s and a box of Animal Crackers.
Worked summers on a crew remodeling bankruptcy houses. Learned I can do a terrible job finishing drywall but ok on the rough-in side.
Good afternoon fine people of the OT.
