If we had played Arizona now we would get the w. I really think we beat SF too. If they had same injures from week 2. Really hope we carry the momentum into NE game. NE plays hard , would be big win . If we protect the ball and force turnovers we can win game.

Other than getting blown out by Seattle, they've been pretty competitive all year. This team isn't nearly as bad as what a lot of people think, at least not a "historically bad" team like people assumed they would be.

Injuries and penalties have been the biggest problem. Coaching has to get better on the penalty front.

They have been in 4 of 5 games; only one loss was a clear loss. Other three losses were winnable games and improvement is evident in these last two games.

We are what our record says we are, but yes we are improving! That's exactly what you want to see out of any team, especially team with quite a few younger players earning their stripes. For a team not expected of really competing for playoff spot this is the best you can hope for that they come out and compete each week & show you something even in the losses. 4-5 games so far we had opportunities to win and were fighting to the finish.

Happy for Moore & Rattler getting their first W.

We are a bad football team that lacks alot of talent.

Having said that, they are playing hard and haven’t quit. There’s also been some bright spots like Sanker that are starting to emerge.

Overall I’m enjoying this team so much more than last year and feel positive about the direction under Moore.

We won a game against a bad football team. I was concerned in the first half as we weren't putting much pressure on Dart. But Staley made some good adjustments defending the flat and getting pressure on the QB.

I do think the Saints are a better football team week 5 than week 1. And the presence and availability of Hill and Moreau lifts the Saints in leadership and play. Hopefully Chase Young gets fully healthy in the coming weeks which gives additional help on the front end pressure.

The Saints obviously need better play in the red zone. I think CKM gets a little too cute in that area which leads to negative plays and penalties. I do believe some of the issues are also Rattler decisions and missed passes which are plenty in the red zone the first 5 weeks.

Honestly the fact that we’re still playing VERY hard despite a lack of talent is more important than wins this year. KM is doing a very admirable job with a pretty shitty hand and the players are responding well. I’d be way more worried if we looked lazy and disinterested.

Biggest hope is still that Mickey steps down and we get a young guy that lines up with KM going forward.

TBD. I won't huff the hopium after a win against a bad Giants team. Bottom feeder teams like the Saints tend to be erratic. Look decent one week, horrible the next.

Grading this season on a curve I think we are about a B+ right now. The Seattle game is weighing it down, and we probably should have beaten the Cardinals. Playing how we did against the Bills carries a lot of moral victory weight.

Win 2-4 more games this year then I think this finishes up as an A season.

Don’t worry your mock drafts won’t be hurt too much by a win or four

I really thought the penalty situation has been much better the last 2 weeks

I think it was late 3rd or 4th quarter CBS put up the penalty graphic... Saints has 5 for like 25 or 35 yards while the Giants had 5 for like 95 yards

And we only committed like 3 penalties against the Bills

The penalties are becoming less of an issue

Now special teams all-around is still very concerning to me
