We’ve lost one game to an undefeated (very good) Ole Miss team on the road and we should have won the game even with everything being discussed on this board. I understand. It doesn’t pass the eye test. It’s extremely frustrating. I have posted my frustrations and opinions here as well and, yes, we may suck worse as the season goes on and pile up losses…but that hasn’t happened yet. It doesn’t look good, I get it. But we’re 4-1 with a lot left out there. The defense is very good. Offense has the potential to be very good we just haven’t seen it. It doesn’t look good right now on paper but we only have one loss which in this day and age is not a huge issue. We have time to improve. I know people hate this sort of optimism. I don’t care haha. Agreed.
Its one loss. The same people that torch Kelly sure were running on the field the night we beat Bama.

Its tough to read this stuff.

You would think Ole Miss beat us by 30 the way people are talking.

Please tell me what you’re seeing that the rest of us aren’t. Our offense is dysfunctional on so many levels that I don’t see how it can ever be “good.” I’m just hoping to see some improvement.

And we won’t because the OLine can’t block. They aren’t just going to magically learn how to block. They looked bad against good defenses and just as bad against not so good defenses like LaTech and Ole Miss. we will lose at least 3 more games.

Ole Miss barely beat a shitty LSU offense. They are not “very good” and will implode at some point this year.

The issue isn't the past, it's the poor outlook for the future.

We'll see very soon, that we were just overrated. Ole Miss isn't this very good team people make them out to be.

Don't be surprised when Ole Miss is playing for the SEC Championship.

Don’t worry sweetie you can revisit this post in a couple of months and declare that we are 8-4 or 7-5 . You are the kind of person that was BLINDSIDED by the loss to Ole Miss. The other group of people saw the writing on the wall after the La Tech game

Meh....having 1 loss isn't the issue. As you said, there's a lot of season left. UGA and Bama have a loss. But...those teams are playing FAR better than us. There's reason to expect improvement from them. LSU isn't in the same boat.

Nuss is hurt...I think. It's hard to tell between him and CBK. Our #1 RB is hampered by injury....we've sucked so far running the ball. Our OL has been disastrous and looks like a clown show. Our #1 WR is hampered by injury and if you rewatch the games, Zavion Thomas is visibly upset with Nuss on many plays.....kida something nobody is talking about.

Our coach played an injured Nuss over a fully healthy backup. Now it's been announced MVB is taking 1st team reps. Is Nuss more injured than initially thought? This season is just such a mess.

And we are Dogs to Vandy, AL, OK and AtM - how's that BK record as a dog against teams with 1/2 a life in them?

To be fair, last week yall were saying “we are 4-0 and top 5 in the country” and one week later we are 4-1 and #13

It’s ok to be hopeful until it’s hopeless but it’s also quite acceptable for to call out what they are seeing play out in front of their very eyes

My sentiments exactly. I don’t care about the loss—it’s the optics. Call it what it is, cut the dumb excuses, and tell us what’s actually being done about it.

OK DUDE.

Keep your head in the sand dummy. You know something's majorly wrong with this team.
