Anyone bowhunt or draw a tag for TWNR or other NWR's across the state of La. Kisatchie NF lands as well are shutdown I'm sure.

From what i remember national parks and wildlife refuges close. You can still hunt national forest.

Don't know but if one did I wouldn't want to go before a federal judge for trespassing and hunting on a closed refuge. Fed judge Terry Doughty a fmr DA and state district judge would throw the book at you.
