Can a black dude get a fair trial in Kickapoo Indian court

Seems like the Texan shot up the Kickapoo Casino in Eagle Pass last night killing two bettors. Captured quickly by off campus police, he was returned to the tribe for justice. Maybe the tribe will stake him out on a red ant nest.

Tribal courts cannot try a non-native. He'll have to be tried in state or federal court.
