Heading to Stowe next week and looking for nicer diner recs.
Got Michael’s on the Hill covered but looking to add one more spot for Saturday night.

Harrison’s is the best restaurant in Stowe. Hen of the Wood is good, Gallus is very good too; Edson Hill is worth looking into; their pub downstairs is a great place to grab a drink before dinner..
Highly recommend Burt’s for Sunday brunch; dive bar; amazing breakfast.
