Got Michael’s on the Hill covered but looking to add one more spot for Saturday night.

Harrison’s is the best restaurant in Stowe. Hen of the Wood is good, Gallus is very good too; Edson Hill is worth looking into; their pub downstairs is a great place to grab a drink before dinner..

Highly recommend Burt’s for Sunday brunch; dive bar; amazing breakfast.

doc pond’s is also very good, as is the bench.
in Waterbury, prohibition pig likewise.

we also ate at hen of the woods, exceptional

Stowe/Waterbury punch way above their weight for great food and great beer. We loved it
