Yesterday was a tough game, but damn… I didn’t know the season was over already.

based on shite performances by offense we saw all year that caught up to us and will most likely ruin season as this O has zero shot to beat bama or OU ....i will give him a D+.

especially 4 years in.

yeah D+ on his report card. He is close to failing as a HC here. If he cannot make a fricking 12 team playoff when saban, miles had to make a 2 team and O a 4 team FIRE HIM.

The season may not be over but the team’s shot at making the playoffs is. 7-5 and the Mayonnaise Bowl is now the expectation.

I’ve seen enough. He’ll never be successful here. I doubt that I’m the only one that feels that way. He’s not a total disaster like Archer or Hallman. He does some things well, and he seems to work hard. But he’s just never going to get there.

Winning cures all. The problem is Kelly will wear out his welcome if he doesn’t do this at least enough to make the playoffs. I don’t believe he is capable of this anymore.

I'm not sure how often you issue report cards, is it quarterly, trimester or semester?

Quarterly: Q1 3-0 with road win over ranked Clemson and home win over Florida. Q2 incomplete currently 1-1

Trimester: T1 4-0, T2 incomplete 0-1

Semester: incomplete 4-1

If you laugh about claiming a road win over a ranked Clemson then you must claim we just suffered a road loss over a top 5 team. I don't know if college football expectations have been established, but in MLB you play 162 games with the focus on making the playoffs and hoping for the best when you get there.

The reality is, play in the SEC championship game and win, you get a first round bye. Lose and you hope to host as a 5-8 seed. Finish 3rd in the SEC and hope to host as a 5-8 seed. Finish 4th in the SEC hope to sneak in as a 9-12 seed.

I’m willing to at least wait till the year is over. But this team looks like a 3 or 4 loss team for sure.

I agree. Bama, Vandy, A&M, and OK are real threats. Keep up this offensive trend and a 5 loss season is not hard to fathom. Will BK survive a 7-5 season?

I see a bunch of threads convincingly saying Nuss is the problem, or at least a big problem, due to likely injury. Sometimes bad QB play or injuries happen.

Anyone remember when our 2002 season was derailed due to Mauck’s injury? And then 2004 season was fricked from the beginning due to Mauck leaving? Anyone remember who that coach was?

The same Bama that lost by 2 TDs to Florida State?

The same Vandy that hasn't really played anyone with a pulse?

The same A&M and Oklahoma that both struggled with Auburn?

It's the SEC and anyone can beat anyone else on any given Saturday.

LSU is not dead, yet.
