Brilyn Hollyhand (born c. 2006 in Tuscaloosa) is co-chair of the Republican National Committee's Youth Advisory Council. He is the founder and publisher of The Truth Gazette, a conservative political website which he launched as an email newsletter while he was a fifth-grader, in June 2017. He transitioned to a website in February 2018, and began hosting a podcast in 2019.
Brilyn is the son of housing developer Brian Hollyhand and his wife Leigh, and attends Tuscaloosa Academy. In 2022 Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill awarded Hollyhand (the grandson of a major donor to his 2020 senate campaign) a "John Lewis Youth Leadership Award" on behalf of the National Association of Secretaries of State.
In January 2023 Ronna McDaniel appointed Hollyhand and C. J. Pearson to represent "Generation Z" as co-chairs of the Republican National Committee's newly-created Youth Advisory Council.
In July 2024 Hollyhand published his first book, drawn from his interviews with conservative political figures. In September 2025, following the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk in Orem, Utah, Hollyhand launched a campaign to seek the firing of college and university employees who were critical of Kirk.
So his dad and grandpa are wealthy donors trying to buy him a political career and paying TPUSA to platform him in Charlie's absence?

IDC about that part. I care about how inauthentic he comes off.
I have watched some videos of him and he's as fake as everyone in Congress.
Charlie worked because he was a normal dude with passion and knew how to connect with people despite his intelligence gap.
Trump works because, despite his wealth, he comes across as authentic and personable.
This kid is coming from a wealthy background, and the videos I have seen of him wouldn't excite or evoke any admiration from me if I were a college or HS student. He is a robot.

As the old saying goes, the marketplace will decide. If he can be effective in a role like this, then more power to him. IOTOH, if he isn't really cut out for this then he will probable fade away quickly enough.
I only heard about him 2 days ago, so I have no opinion on him at this point. Besides, like others have said, several people will try their hand at doing this. I haven't watched it yet, but a lot of people are saying that Megyn Kelly knocked the ball out of the park at Virginia Tech (And she's probably a generation older than Charlie Kirk, so there's no one formula for connecting with young people).

I don’t think 10 stops is pushing him as Charlie.
He does come off as super fake though and I’ve never been able to finish a video I’ve seen him in.

and embarrassing as hell. Money talks and this kid's family had enough to buy his "importance" at that age. Everything from that point on is all theatre designed to get him a spotlight and keep it on him while fattening his wallet and expanding his audience.
