Just checked. Destiny and Hasan Pikers YouTube channels are still up despite the shite they have been posting.

YouTube is full of former Obama admin staff. So it make sense they would keep the personalities that you noted in the OP banned. They are dying to ban Tucker and Candace but Tucker and Candace have two things going for them that are keeping their YT accounts up and running:
1. They don't break YT rules.
2. They are critical of the Israeli government so they align with YT leadership on this issue.

If YT was mine, I'd also not allow Alex Jones a channel unless he affirmed it was for a different topic than his past stuff.
