To those saying Trump can’t declare Transtifa a terrorist organization

Why? They are clearly a global terrorist organization who’ve been convicted of crimes outside the USA including Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Hungary.
The fact that some members of this global terror network were born and live in the USA is irrelevant. They’ve become part of a global, well funded, terror network and they can be designated as such.

You're making a lot of assumptions and engaging in dot connecting. The law will require much more.
It's going to be hard to establish a single national organization, let alone an international one. Antifa is typically a loose connection of independent local groups. There isn't some national body giving guidance, direction, or commands.
