With permanent opponents set, who do you want LSU to play next year?

For the remaining 6 SEC games?
Personally, I'd like to see us play Texas in Death Valley next year (get back from the cancelled return game).
I'd like to see us play Tennessee as well. We owe them an L.
Do we see any of Bama, Florida, or Auburn next year?

Scarborough said the rumor is Georgia and Texas will be on the schedule next year. Hopefully the league makes Texas a home game since we lost that return trip.

IDK, I think everything resets next year? I assume the permanent rivals will keep rotating home/away as they have been.

That's a tough schedule, hope we can throw in a Kentucky in there somewhere.

I would say swap Tennessee with Kentucky.
Gives us OU, UGA, Tennessee, SC, Vandy, & Missouri in 2027.
We find out all 9 opponents on SEC Now tomorrow at 6PM

My wife is an Auburn graduate. I would prefer not to play Auburn for at least another year. Its been rather peaceful in the house lately and I don't want that to change for as long as I can help it.

The Tigers will most likely have 4 home and 5 away conference games in 2026/2028. Home non-conference P4 games against Clemson (2026) and SMU (2028).

For what it's worth, A&M is playing all 3 of its annual opponents (Missouri, Texas, and LSU) on the road this year. One of those is certain to be a repeat road trip, in order to prevent all three from being home/road in a given year. LSU seems most likely to me.

Quite possible. We played back-to-back home games against Bama when Arkansas/South Carolina joined the league. We shall see.

We will play Texas at home for sure and I think we probably go to Auburn. The big mystery is if we get Bama

ive heard it will be your permanent 3 plus the teams you didnt play the last two years. Some teams will have an extra opponent they played.
Its pretty easy to figure it out.

I think it will look something like this:
Home - Auburn, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Texas
Away - Arkansas, Georgia, Miss. State, Tennessee, Texas A&M

That’s a pretty easy schedule if true

Its seems weird though, that all 3 of LSU’s annual opponents have 5 home conference games in 2026, but LSU only gets 4 home conference games.

Since we are losing everybody this year, I'm not really sure who we should play. If Arch goes pro (assuming he gets his shite together) I would like to play the Cows in TS next year. If they flip our permanents we will play the Pigs and aTm on the road and Old Piss at home we hopefully will have most of the rotating at home next year.

I don’t think we play Bama or UF. My guess is:
Miss State
@UGA
Texas
@Tennessee
Missouri
@Auburn
@Arky
@TAMU
vs. Ole Miss
