we are in Hampton visiting family so we snagged tickets to the last night of the run. I hadn’t planned on going so I didn’t bring any party favors, we had to mcgyver our buzz; you will not be surprised to hear that the phans were more than accommodating. The mothership is an all time great venue for a show…all GA and no matter where you are you get an immersive experience.

for reasons unexplained after hundreds of other shows we’d never seen phish live, I am familiar with many songs but didn’t know what to expect. Now, we are hooked.

The crowd was pleasant and fun and engaged…no phones, no chomping everyone in the moment getting loose and having fun. The music was pretty amazing…lyrically most of the songs are pretty uninteresting but the playing was incredible. The band is very tight and the improvisational segments were some of the best I’ve ever heard. We grooved hard and were sad it was over.

10/10 on the venue, the crowd and the music. So glad we went and we are ready for more. Highly recommended if you are on the fence

The band and crew have it dialed in. Very good at what they do.

It’s quite amazing the way the lights mechanically move.

Good for you, brother. The fact they are in their 60s and are still killing it is amazing. Most bands at this point in their careers are on the casino circuit. They are still keeping it interesting by reinventing their songs every night.

I put my name in the hat for MSG NYE.

I've been listening to these latest shows since Austin and they are so on point. They've been on another level here lately. Just my opinion.

word on the street is that it was a vendor in the lot that got robbed by some local talent. At least, they tried to rob him…the departed and both injured were the perps. Dude is a badass

if you’ve spent any time in Hampton you know how unsurprising it is
