She understands the power she just released with that forgiveness

You’ve got to find it somewhere in your heart to follow her and Charlie .. Charlie would be proud of you for doing it.
I’m not trying to preach — I promise. I get it. But we should be like Charlie.

Modeling Christ in front of millions. Nothing better than that.

We are called to forgive but the Bible doesn’t say we are supposed to forget. She won’t forget and hopefully this nation won’t either

The left will never admit it, but that was a profound and historical speech

Choose prayer.
Choose courage.
Choose beauty.
Choose adventure.
Choose family.
Choose a life of faith.
Most Importantly, choose Christ.

You’ve got to let these things go or you will be a bitter old man or woman.
Hard to do, for sure.
I would have a hard time forgiving the murderer myself. I think I could get there eventually. Hope I never have to find out.

Remarkable strength.

Yeah, she can forgive him, but I won't. I hope he and everyone who supports him suffer horrifically for the rest of their miserable lives.

Actions speak louder, and with hers she turned her entire speech (and the rest of her career and all of Turning Point) up to 11.

Forgiveness is the hardest part of being human and Christlike.

Erika Kirk just violently yanked the ‘moral high ground’ away from the left for all time.
They are the party of hate, violence and murder, she just solidified that.

I questioned why God would call Charlie home. I soon realized God had a different plan, and it becomes clearer and clearer every day.

It’s because she understands and obeys our Lord Christ. I say this as a child of sexual abuse, there is no hope in withholding forgiveness. Oftentimes I’ve been asked since I’ve been more open with my story how I could forgive this person for what they did to me. I didn’t know what to say for many years but God has taught me something and it’s been two words, “then what.”
Even if I killed that person, then what? What comes next? Will that revenge change the past? What will I do with the pain after my abuser is dead? Who then will I turn my aggression to? Will that anger ever soothe and heal? And furthermore, as I walk in bitterness and resentment, I would slowly find myself becoming the thing I would hate the most, I’d become the villain in someone else’s story.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean no accountability, you can absolutely hold to forgiveness and consequences at the same time. But Erika is doing what Christ commands us. He knows our hearts will always lend itself to evil when we allow the foothold of bitterness and unforgiveness to take root. We must obey Christ. Erika knows this. God bless her.
