How To Go North Out of Lot 404 After Game

It looks like the only option to go north out of lot 404 after game is to wait 30 minutes when counter flow stops.
There may be a back-way. Going south just past the Burbank-Nicholson split there is a road to the left that goes over the tracks to the University High baseball field. If this road from Nicholson over the tracks is not blocked off there may be a way to go north on Athletic Services Lane behind the Football Practice Field which dead ends at Skip Bertman where it runs south to River Road where River Road goes North after the game.
Has anyone taken this route or know if the road off of Nicholson that goes over the tracts to the University High baseball field and Athletic Services Lane is blocked off? Thanks.

Are you talking about going through the maintenance yard behind Alex Box centerfield? There's a gate there that they keep shut.

I park in 404 and going North makes my trip home significantly shorter
Only solution I have found is to get to your car before the game is over while the parking lot exit onto S. Stadium is still open. Turn left onto S. Stadium to River Rd and head N on River Rd. People complain about fans leaving early but this is the decision I have to make every game.
Although this past weekend for FL I stayed until the end and took the contraflow out Nicholson to Burbank. Turned left on Gardere and then Gardere to Staring/Essen back to the interstate. Surprisingly it wasn't too bad

I have sat in 406 since 1991, high neighbor. 
We have taillgated on the Old Front Nine for over 20 years and I live in Central, so, I know my option. If you can get to Gourrier (Old Front Nine Driveway Entry), head East to W. Parker, Left to Highland, take a right. This is critical man, turn left into the nieghborhood on Amherst before the road block on LSU Ave. Then basically cut thru the neighborhood back to LSU Ave and take a left and you are home free. If you do not turn on Anhesrt, you are screwed
Or park over by the Volleyball courts side to the north and exit out on Nicholson to Goverment. Logistics Bruh
