I love Baker. Dudes got that dawg in him.

Idk if he’s top 5, but he’s the biggest mistake the Cleveland Browns have ever made.. and that’s saying something. They went through like 30 QB’s, and the one that won them a playoff game, they ship out the door for a predator. What a bunch of losers.

Jackson
Allen
Mahommes (dropping fast, but he’s still him)
Herbert
Burrow

He’s knocking on the door of the top 5. If you take Burrow out due to the injury, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. Dude is definitely one of the most clutch we’ve seen in the last few years.

He’s somewhere between tier 3 and 2. Puts him around 10th in the league or so.

Never forget that the Browns blew up their franchise because a gay receiver that the Giants wanted no part of and who they wound up cutting halfway through the season and is now out of the league said their QB play was the reason why he wasn’t producing.

dude got villainized in Cleveland for battling through an injury on his throwing shoulder, gets kicked out of town because of OBJs dad, and then Cleveland gets an expensive rapist who sucks, one of the worst QBs in history in DTR, a media circus as a third string qb.

I hope Gabriel works out well for them but damn did they frick up not keeping Baker and going with Watson instead.

OBJ and his dad being dumbasses not only fricked the Browns, they actually prevented both the Texans and Falcons from being the worst teams in the league for 5-6 years as well and helped the Buccaneers stabilize after Brady’s retirement.

Regardless where he ranks he’s my favorite qb to ever watch play football. Has that never say die approach. He won them games most would lose. Thrives for situations like this.

Just remember he went to LA after Panthers cut him. Had 2 days to learn a playbook for Thu night game. Took them from 2 yard line 98 yards for winning TD. People don’t realize how hard that is to call plays and execute in crunch like that.

Still can’t believe what Browns did to him. He was so loyal to them he played hurt when 99.9% of qbs woulda went IR. And they basically fired him for it bring in a sexual predator instead. No words can describe how dumb that was. Then lied and said he was a locker room distraction when nothing could be more wrong.

He makes watching football fun no matter the outcome

He was never going to succeed in Cleveland no matter what. I’m happy he got out of that situation. I love watching him play. He such a competitor and just adds to the cool story of him coming up through college

Agreed, they definitely did him a favor by accident.

Top5 may be a stretch but he's doing great work.

Him getting out of CLE and having that disaster in CAR was one of the best things for his career. He's in a great spot in TB.

He’s quickly grown on me as one of my favorite players to watch.

Shame the Panthers couldn’t do shite with him.

Dak > Baker

Without a few drops in game one Dak would be the talk of the NFL.

IMO, when you say Top 5 and Baker, I agree that it is a bit of a stretch. But then you look at the QB play around the league and you realize he actually is a top 10 QB and can make arguments for being just outside of the top 5; I agree with an earlier poster's rankings but I'd flip Hebert & Burrow

All things equal I’d take him over burrow already.
