Nuss injury isn’t new… think back to fall camp

There was a scrimmage (I think) that Nuss didn’t play because of “a pitch count”

Are you thinking of the leg injury ?

Had nothing to do with his leg. He would go in on run plays to hand it off. He didn’t throw a pass that practice

No, BK specifically said limiting number of throws because they had Nuss on a pitch count. It was a bit odd.

BK just said that it was a camp injury from overuse and over practice.

You are correct. That's exactly why he was held out of scrimmage and has been "load managed'. This has been a nagging injury since the summer. It's an abdominal strain. Been knowing about it but couldn't say anything.
