Nuss is a good qb tho…just wanted to point out how most of you are ridiculous armchair QBs, who are fat, lazy, and criticize kids and coaches when you know nothing about athletics, much less football

There are still a ton of posters who refuse to place any blame on Nuss for the offensive issues

shite’s weird

atthis point not only is nuss no JD5 or JB he is no mauck or flynn who got shite done and were field generals and could run. Nuss is not efficient and cannot/wont run. we do not have a Qb that helps us run from the gun anymore. brady and denbrock are gone. we need to be back under center ala canada and miles. it will help PA passes greatly and since nuss cannot run a zone read to save his life and he does not want to scramble he is putting lots of undue pressure on the offense.

Nuss is a good college quarterback, but clearly a tier below JD5 or JB9 at this point. I hope he does find a spark soon but we all expected more from him this season.

Even if he was injured, fighting to walk straight —-that throw across his body for an int was one of the laziest mental-fart things, plainly noticeable even by an amateur fan

Replace 2023 JD5 and Nuss and keep everyone else personnel wise on the 2025 offense. Last night we score at least 45. He does everything better than Nuss.

Who actually thought he would be JD?

Last year I thought he had the potential to be a version of Lee. Which ain’t too bad. I don’t know what to think now.

Nuss had 2 throws in the beginning of the game that were supposed to be confidence boosters. One was swatted back and the other completely missed. We make either one and I think this offense does better. Instead we give Florida's defense the confidence it needed to stop us.

Do you honestly not recall, a couple of years ago, when nearly half of this board was clamoring to have Nuss start over JD5??? Even during his Heisman year…

There were a lot of people who thought he would make the 2nd year elite jump similar to JD/JB.

He’s really not a good qb though.. He’s a talented qb with a strong arm and leadership.. His player IQ, heart, and decision making is suspect..

Like last season when a large contingent blamed receivers for all the over thrown balls? Yeah I remember.

I disagree. He put up very good numbers last season; he obviously has elite arm talent. And I don’t know what actually goes on on the field or in their locker room, but there’s either a cohesion issue among him and the receivers, or he’s just all over the place mentally, putting too much pressure on himself.

To be fair the head coach said it was neck and neck and JD5 barely beat out Nuss, so...
