I really feel for the guy, his reaction here is heartfelt.

I hope this guy finds peace.

You should. Because his reaction is real, and very strong. Guy was made an unwitting accomplice to history and I couldn’t imagine being in his shoes.

He’s a liar.

Eyes drift the wrong way. Limited emotion.

It’s bs.

If I was the last person talking to CK, especially if I had a wife and two kids, I’d be balls deep in “I don’t know what the frick happened blah blah blah”

This dude knows the guy

Edit: damn fast down vote. Wait.

Followed up until this point.

"And that only works if we stay peaceful..."

My man, how can you think leftist violence *JUST* started?

Charlie Kirk assassinated, trans activists impacted greatly.

That's your take?

Because some people can’t see beyond their own bubble. His bubble was violently shattered.

Imagine everything you fundamentally believed being exposed in such a way. I personally don’t know how I would handle something like that.

I have empathy, and I feel for the guy.

He’s using the front facing camera which is a mirrored image.

Was it?

You think he's connecting the dots that the trans community has an extremist/violence problem?

I didn't hear that.

“People obviously pointed to the irony that the point I was trying to make was how peaceful the left was, right before he got shot…”

Take that for whatever you will, but to me, that’s deep.

He came on and spoke his mind. You think he did that to be a hero of the left? Cut the kid some slack. It is what Charlie was doing in the first place. Trying to open young peoples’ eyes to the truth.

If he didn’t have anything to do with it, I do feel sorry for him.

He just sat front row while one of the most popular political figures was very violently assassinated in front of him. He is forever linked to a tragedy.

Do you not think it would be difficult to articulate your point and act like things are normal when someone gets assassinated right in front of you?

When did I disparage him?

I just see someone who is still in denial, even when someone was shot 15 feet in front of him and *many* of his ilk openly celebrate on social media.

I'm sorry I'm not seeing anything deeper here.

It's sad to see someone die, even if you didn't particularly like him. I guess I should give him a sticker for having witnessed a violent act and it affected him? That's like 90+% of the population. No one is going to go home after watching what happened to Kirk and not have that reaction. It's natural.

But, again, he still seems to hold onto the idea that the left isn't violent. So, I'm not sure what sort of attaboy points he should get. He's upset, which is an involuntary response. His voluntary response is "We're still peaceful".

You seem to want to reward involuntary responses, I'm just pointing out the aspects he *IS* in control over and how nothing seems to have changed despite what he just witnessed.

It would be difficult. What point are you trying to make?

I think the guy is going through a reckoning. You don’t undo years of indoctrination over night.

Guy is full of shite. At heart he is a liberal, just maybe not one of the extremist liberals, at the end of the day he is who he says he is.

Well his belief system was completely bullshite. If this bitch could read and understand statistics then he wouldn’t believe that the left is peaceful.

There is absolutely zero about the left that is peaceful.
