If you evan associate with liberals at this point you are part of the problem.

They should be ostracized in every way.

Any respectable liberal or libertarian should be openly speaking out against the rhetoric and violence from the left.

They need to be in camps. They continue to commit political violence

I treat them same as I do young black adults. I don’t work with them, I don’t socialize with them, I don’t speak to them, and I damned sure don’t depend on them to help me.

There is no such thing as a respectable liberal.

Nah. I refuse to polarize my life like this. I also refuse to pretend that everyday, rank and file democrats support shooting Charlie Kirk on a college campus. Sure, more of them do than is comfortable. But come on.

Too late for that.

We're at the "Crying for Dear Leader" phase. If you don't react emotionally enough, you're the enemy.

I said liberals. Even though all liberals are Democrats, not all Democrats are liberals.

The libertarian default position is already against violence (political partisanship not required). Research the NAP.

By holding the views, speaking out against violence is baked in.

I don’t have a relationship with my mother because of her liberal beliefs. I told her I hope she is finally questioning all of her political beliefs after these 2 videos

The push for rationality over emotionality is needed right now.

I already ceded the main thread. If you need a safe space feel free to post there.

This might be a good time to just STFU. Decent people are grieving right now. It’s something you wouldn’t understand.

I don’t know what the correct response is, but this is not it.

For those of us who have close family members including children, co-workers, and friends, this is not only highly difficult to accomplish, it’s the wrong way to go and only deepens the divide.

This is a time for followers of Christ to carry their cross, keep to the truth, forgive their enemies, and walk humbly with God.

I don’t mean to roll over and fail to defend yourself, but you must continue to show love. Ostracizing others is not in accordance with that message.
