The Daniel Penny Effect: People aren't going to get involved

Penny helped out passengers with a guy threatening to kill, and got charged with murder. Yes he was found innocent, but how much in legal fees did it cost him.
It's sad seeing the indifference by passengers to her murder, but that killer would have tried killing those who might have helped her. They didn't have Daniel Penny's military training on hand to hand combat.
Glad to see this killer is now facing federal charges, he won't be let out again.

Agreed, but that’s half of it. The other half is evil, entitled, brainwashed, and scum.

IMO I don’t think this was an unbiased indifference.

Not even half of it. Nobody on that train had any clue about Daniel Penny.

Legal fee’s you say?
I thought this was a go fund me society?
Hell, people are lining up to send money to some cripple who kicked a football at the kansas sideline last weekend.
The reality is most people don’t posses the character. That’s the fact.

Penny helped out no doubt but at the same time Penny didn’t know WTF he was doing. I trained BJJ for a long time and put many people to sleep with chokes. He did not have to hold that choke nowhere near as long as he did. Glad he got off without prison time but any honest person with grappling experience will tell you that he F’d Up!

You may be right in certain instances but after watching the video the reason those other passengers refused to help had nothing to do with Daniel Penny.

Also, we are on the cusp of an anniversary of 3 buildings collapsing by 2 planes and another, one of the most protected building on the planet, with no video evidence of the plane that hit it.
That’s a macro false flag.
Without researching this at all there’s BlackRock sponsorship all over this type of thing.
Demoralizing society that we are alone. That no one will help. That you are unsafe. That is hugely powerful for so many facets of the agenda in play.
People need to at least consider this when these things happen.

As I recall, I dont believe GFM allowed for $ to be raised for Penny's defense.

quote:Neely was schizophrenic, strong, and high on smj. As you note, the object of a sleeper hold is compression of blood vessels in the neck without compressing the airway. Nearly as soon as the hold is successfully accomplished, the target loses consciousness.
I trained BJJ for a long time and put many people to sleep with chokes. He did not have to hold that choke nowhere near as long as he did.
At that point, the hold is released. If not, permanent brain injury or death can occur. All information is that as soon as Neely lost consciousness, Penny released the hold. Medically, that indicates another contributing cause of death.
Neither standard strangulation (windpipe compression), nor the maneuver Penny exercized, are lethal in and of themselves if released immediately on loss of consciousness. The reason for the longer hold (attempted hold) in this instance is Neely was fighting like a wildman to prevent an effective hold, despite assistance from two other men. Obviously the struggle indicates lack of successful vascular compression.

I don't think anyone on that train could have prevented this senseless attack
