The reality of the racial situation (it's not culture)

Across thousands of different studies, across hundreds of nations, hundreds of researchers, thousands of different samples, the exact same two bell curves reappear time after time after time. The results have come back exactly the same way every time.
90% of population B is below the average for population W.
This is the underlying reason behind why countries, societies, neighborhoods, professions, etc, are the way they are. If you can't or won't acknowgle this as the foundational reality than you can't meaningfully contribute.
You can be bothered by this reality, offended by it, whatever. The truth doesn't care if it offends you.

And IQ does not make a violent person. The most violent people on the planet are white men. We’re the best at it. The best there ever will be probably. It’s interesting that the highlighted stats from 1958 are pretty similar to the stats seen today. Looks like the civil rights legislation and welfare programs starting in the 60’s up to today did nothing to change the stats for the better. In fact, they’re probably worse.

There's no "probably" here. It's demonstrably true. They're definitely worse today.
By just about every metric tracked, blacks had been making steady progress for several generations after slavery... in the 60s that progress continued upward for a short time, but at a flatter slope. Then turned downward in the 70s. This isn't even debatable.
