So where are these birthday letters coming from? Has the media been sitting on them or are they being leaked or from the 40k files that were released?

The WSJ reported a story that they existed (from a book of letters friends compiled for Epstein for a 50th birthday gift) after which Congress subpoenaed the Epstein estate for their copy.

So additional completely handwritten note with signature, as opposed to what looks like a typed chain letter with what appears to be Trump's signed first name (which based upon the other "damning examples" from Clinton and Conway, looks like a stamped signature).
