They should publish his address and phone number.
This cretin was arrested 14 times.

This was in January 2025, right?

Was there anything he was arrested for after this? I only see the January 2025 event. If that's correct, what was he "let go" from, exactly?

Something he quite clearly shouldn't have been...

If you've been arrested 14 times, quite clearly you don't know how to behave among civilized people and don't need to be out in the public. You've forfeited that right.

I don't understand how judges letting violent offenders off that go on to commit violent crimes aren't treated like bartenders that over serve people that go on to cause accidents.

Seems like a judicial commitment would have been prudent.

Theoretically, yes.

Much more so than jailing him indefinitely without bond.

I don't know anything about NC involuntary commitment, though.

*ETA: That's a misdemeanor in NC

quote:

§ 14-111.4. Misuse of 911 system. It is unlawful for an individual who is not seeking public safety assistance, is not providing 911 service, or is not responding to a 911 call to access or attempt to access the 911 system for a purpose other than an emergency communication. A person who knowingly violates this section commits a Class 1 misdemeanor. (2007-383, s. 1(b); 2013-286, s. 1.)

It looks like a Class 1 is the lowest class with a 120-day max sentence.

So even had he got the max, he'd have been out by now.

Human garbage needs to be disposed of. It is ridiculous that we let this filth cycle in and out of prison so they can harm people going about their life.

Anyone who has been arrested more than a handful times is worthless and beyond redemption from a societal perspective. Firing up the woodchippers would save lives, and significant amounts of taxpayer money. And also unclog the courts.

MOST (not all, clearly) of the time, the people who rack up the huge arrest numbers do it with misdemeanors or low-level felonies (typically drug related offenses including felonies involving theft of some sort). You're dealing with lots of vagrants/homeless, people with mental issues, and people with drug issues (there is a large intersection of all 3) There are only so many sentences available in these scenarios.

This guy isn't going to be denied bond for a minor misdemeanor. Bond is a literal right in the Constitution. The 8A:

quote:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

This isn't some new amendment. This is from the Founders.

How many resources should we dedicate to arresting, detaining, sentencing the same person over and over? A bum who breaks the law repeatedly is providing nothing to society, only cost.

There needs to be a “strikes and your out” law. There is no justifying getting arrested dozens of times

What a retarded thing to say

What he did was terrible and barbaric. This threat is not about that act, though.

Yes, stop breaking the law. The difference between a misdemeanor and felony in many cases is up to the prosecutor. Liberal faggots let these degenerates roam society instead of being penned up
