I remember many days in there getting stuff for an office I worked for.
Specially remember the black haired lady with glasses who I think owned it. Good people.
Randomly thought of this place today on a run

My Dad played golf with Mr. Sam. His son was my doctor in the’90’s.

Box chain stores slowly killed local retail stores or supply companies, and then Amazon finished them off with a much bigger selection and seemly next day delivery. The only ones that still survive are the ones that specialize in large office or government contracts where they may not worry too much about the price but worry about if they are buying from a women owned, veteran owned, minority owned, etc. disadvantaged business.
On a side note, I saw last week Amazon started quietly delivering small packages in the Houma area using its own delivery service in rented trucks. Postal service in those areas can now focus on getting back to delivering mail at decent hours instead of worrying about doing Amazon’s dirty work.

I spent a few bucks in Kadair's and Southern Camera back-in-the-day. Both are gone.

It closed several years ago. I believe the A/V side became Crescendo.

I was a kid at church when Paul got saved. People at church made it big deal out of it, like they'd "stolen" one.
