Describe your view of feminism

I view it aa a systematic and calculated effort to make women believe that their sole purpose in life is to be independent and to penetrate the world with their ambition. It’s intent has been to destroy the nuclear family while simultaneously demeaning men as unnecessary and a roadblock to a woman fulfilling her destiny.

I view it as a well meaning system co-opted by extremists on both sides.
What feminism started out as is everything America stands for. Women and men are people, and people should be able to do as they please in this world with no restrictions within the bounds of the rule of law. Gender should not dictate that law. Same opportunities, same respect. Even if that means they choose to go at it without men. That’s their prerogative.

Women, in the aggregate, are emotional retards and can’t be trusted to govern shite.

This is simply not true.
People for some reason believe that feminism wasn't a radical ideology until 3rd/4th wave feminism, that up until then it was just women wanting to vote.
If you read the writings of the major players, it is obvious that feminism was a radical philosophy with Marxist underpinnings from the beginning. The poster upthread is correct...from the beginning, feminism sought to liberate women from the family structure altogether.
Simone DeBeauvoir's "The Second Sex" is widely regarded as the line of demarcation between 1st ad 2nd wave feminism and it contained all of the ideology behind the trans movement today—namely, that gender is 100% socially constructed—as well as the ideology behind the "queer" movement.
"Queer" is not what many people think it is. It doesn't mean gay. It means a rejection of conformity to all traditional sexual mores and roles. That means family, gender roles, heteronormativity, and presumably, as the logic would lead, rejection of age and other previously held hard boundaries around sex.
It's basically intersectionality applied to sexuality. And yeah, it was present in feminism to some degree from the beginning.

When they didn’t oppose men playing in women’s sports, I lost a lot of respect for feminists.
