Trying to plan something that day/night and need to make a decision on timing. I'll be able to watch regardless, but would love to guess correctly here so I can watch on my couch in peace!
CBS is dead to the SEC, so the best SEC game is slotted for 6:45 PM slot, correct?
Alabama @ Missouri
Arkansas @ Tennessee
Auburn v. Georgia
Ole Miss v. Washington State
Oklahoma v. Texas (this probably takes the top slot
)
South Carolina @ LSU
Texas A&M v. Florida
Thoughts? I need a Nostradamus

What slot does 2nd best game get? The late kickoff?
Auburn v. Georgia is our competition for #2. And A&M Florida.

If Auburn really is much improved, this could be a banger.

Play on the road at Oklahoma and A&M before they play UGA. I think they may have 2 losses.

Texas - OU has been announced for 2:30 on either ABC or ESPN.
The next choice will be at 6:30 on ABC and will likely be between South Carolina @ LSU and Georgia @ Auburn.
Both of these games will be in the afternoon or evening regarding (not early window).
I would bet that one is slotted for 2:30 and then one at 6:30 with us in the lead for the 6:30.

And I think Auburn drops 2 before then. We might drop Ole Miss, but South Carolina has a great shot at being undefeated. I bet we get 6:30.
Thanks team.

Georgia/Auburn is already at night.
ESPN will have to decide between USC/LSU, Florida/aTm, and Arky/Tennesse for whatever slot will draw the highest viewership.
2:30 competes with Red River Rivalry. Night competes with Georgia/Auburn.
My guess is ESPN will slot us at night.

I would hope it would be slated for the night game. Aggies and Florida is an interesting one.

ABC and ESPN have established specific time slots for their college football games, with common windows of 12 p.m. ET, 3:30 p.m. ET, and 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturdays. However, exact game times and television placements are determined and announced on a 12-day advance notice, so for games further into the season, checking official schedules on sites like ESPN or ABC.com is necessary.
Typical Time Slots
12 p.m. ET: Early afternoon games are often broadcast in this slot, like those on ABC.
3:30 p.m. ET: Another common time for major college football games on the main networks.
7:30 p.m. ET: Prime time slot, typically for high-profile matchups on ABC or ESPN
