Hit in the backfield, but breaks out for 24 yards. Big time tone setter.

I was gonna start a thread about who if anyone does Durhams running style remind you of. I guess this thread will do just as good!

Don’t think I’ve seen enough of him lately to decide just yet.

I see more of Derrius Guice in him TBH. Runs very violently

The dude doesn't run like Clyde. He wasnt hit like Clyde used to get hit and continue. Guide was way faster than Durham. Guice has breakaway speed. Durham isnt that fast

I hadn't thought of it, but that's actually not a bad comparison. I think Durham might have a little more top end speed, but the balance, escapability and leg drive are pretty similar.

And I love me some Ridley, as a fellow Saint!

Yeah I hope people don’t think that’s some kind of slight. Ridley is one of the more underrated backs we’ve had.

ETA: Durham is better I think, but the way he makes people miss in a small area and gets up the field quickly is what made Ridley good.

He was a track star in high school with extensive 100-meter experience faster than the 11.00-second threshold.

Nah guice was better. Guice would dominate in this offense

I think he said it backwards. Guice would often get ran down, but his burst and shifting was amazing. I personally think Guice would thrive in this offense.

Do you realize how stupid you sound?
Durham has clocked personal best of 10.25 100 meter and a 21.12 200M and was the anchor for the 2nd fastest 4x100 HS relay team in the country. He’s incredibly fast

Durham is capable of scoring anytime he touches the ball.

Know how I know you’re an idiot?
Guice 100 meter dash in high school - 10.92
Durham 100 meter dash - 10.25

“In the 100-meter dash, the difference between a 10.25 and a 10.93 is enormous and marks the boundary between a world-class elite sprinter and a very fast, but less competitive, athlete. While the time gap is less than a second, it represents a substantial leap in athletic performance.”

10.25 - “A high-level, nationally competitive athlete. In some competitive countries, this would be a low-tier sponsored track athlete. It is a time rarely seen in most track athletes. This time would likely win high-level collegiate and national events. In a world-class race, this time would put you in contention for a qualifying spot in the final.“

10.92 - “ A top-level high school sprinter. It is considered a very fast time, but typically not enough for an elite collegiate or professional career. This time would dominate high school dual meets and many state-level competitions. In a higher-level collegiate or professional race, this sprinter would be left far behind.“

Holy smokes dude what a horrible take.

Durham is literally a track star and you gonna say he’s slower than freaking Guice LMAO. Talk about clueless

I’m sure your girlfriend didnt tell Durham she was with you before he smashed it. So take it out on her, not Durham

I immediately thought of Clyde when Durham went low to the ground at the line but had the balance to stay up and then break off for a big gain. Im very excited to watch him this season, I think he’s going to have a huge year.

I think what makes Helaire still more valuable as a college runner than Durham is the power and violence of Helaire. Durham gets blasted one on one. Clyde gave as good as he got.

Anyway, I think the comparison to LSU backs is Clyde. Both short with decent speed and great cutting ability.

All correct, except…

He does. He just doesn’t finish like Clyde.

I hadn't thought of it, but that's actually not a bad comparison.

Ridley was a power back, who wasn’t particularly shifty. I don’t see much similarity.
