He blocked a lot and was used in almost every red zone package. I’m sure he will get more run as he knocks off the rust from his injury

He COMPLETELY whiffed his block on Durham’s touchdown run.

Downvote all you want. Watch the freaking play.

Well considering the fact that Sloan and LSU never hardly even attempted any kid of vertical passing game I can see why they weren’t. Sloan was obsessed with feeding Sharp.

Sloan is going to have to open that monster up and let this offense go. It shocked me that we never really tested Clemsons DBs/safeties with the deep ball with the speed LSU has at WR since that was their weakness

Do you have snap counts for all 7 WRs? I never know where to find that info

I wonder what some of y’all are watching when you are “watching” the game. The amount of “did he even play” threads about players that were in the game is mind boggling.

The DL was their strength and the OL was our weakness. I don't think going vertical was even a thought. Not knocking it, it worked. They must have had absolutely no doubt in the defense.

Shutup jackass yes I know we won and I’m glad but people can still point out something LSU didn’t do or attempt to do. I mean that was what the OP was asking wasn’t it? So I told him why. And yes LSU didn’t test Clemson much with any kind of vertical passing game.

Our oline wasnt giving nuss alot of time and clemson ran alot of cover 2, hard to go deep on that defense

Sloan wasnt obsessed with passing to sharp. He didn’t throw a single pass. But offensive schemes send more than 1 wr out and the qb has reads. Bauer was the open read. Is he supposed to sit down on plays so Nuss doesn’t throw it to him. It was obvious we came in trying to be quick with our passes due to what was supposed to be a strength of Clemson vs our weakness.

AAAHHHH What? We beat the #4 team in the nation we were supposed to lose to at their field because of Sloans gameplan and our defense. Isn't Pineville famous for Louisiana's only mental institution?

It you watched the game, you’d realize we were getting the ball out of Nuss’s hands as fast as possible all game.

Good to see we’re rolling with 6 deep. I didn’t know how much we would see of Kyle Parker
