This flip shouldn’t shock anyone. Until LSU figures out a way to develop and put players into the league like Marquez Callaway, Jalin Hyatt, and Cedric Tillman. Then we won’t get these receiver recruits. Yes we put out Chase Jefferson, Nabers, and Thomas. But they are clearly below the guys that the Vols put out

Ngl I don’t even care. We have had no luck with out of state receivers. Recruiting or production. Only Louisiana guys seem to be great at LSU.

When are yall gonna realize it has nothing to do with recent success at the position with recruits now. All they want to know Is are you willing to match $$$ with other said school and if not, then bye I’m going to Tennessee etc. i guarantee you Keys doesn’t give a shite if Tennessee has ever put a WR in the NFL or if the their current QB was a former flute player in the band as long as he’s making $100,000 or so more.

Way back (80's - 90's) Tenner had some speed burners at WR. I saw one blow by our DBs in Tiger Stadium like he was standing still. They could claim WRU four decades ago, but we are WRU along with Ohio State in recent memory.

Might have been Willie Gault or Peerless Price, but I was there and he was as fast as Chris Hilton. If Hilton stays healthy this year, he's going to catch lots of long balls.
