Two Months to be excited!

I’m entering into my unreasonably optimistic stage, December and January are reserved for my falling back to Earth Stage and wanting to change coaches, and trade Zion Phase.

What I think:
Zion if its going to happen this is it. Hopefully this Joe/Z connection is real.
Trey is going to blow up. I actually think he has underperformed shooting wise to what his potential is. He shot 36% I think he should be right at or over 40%.
Poole, I think he is going to be fun to watch.
It may start out slow, buy I think eventually Queen is going to have some real moments vs back up centers.
Missi has worked his arse off in the offseason. He is going to be better. Is that good enough? Who knows.
Boldest take: everyone has given up on Hawk. I remember it took JJ Reddick a few yrs in Orlando to figure it out. I think Hawkins shoots it better from 3 this year.
What I don't have any feel on:
No idea what Fears gives you. Might have a season in the g league alla Reed Sheppard
No idea what DJ looks like post achilles.
No idea if this team can defend enough to win.
Why they brought back Willie....

Not going to be excited until Zion plays game 1 and is in shape. Going to be miserable the entire season if both conditions are not satisfied.

I fear I will not be excited for this team until Gayle dies or sells it. Dumars was the laziest of lazy hires, the fact Willie has a job is hilarious, and I refuse to do the "If Zion shows up in shape" hope anymore.
