Why does he say, "Good luck Chaim" in Spanish?

This is what happens when the kids inherit nice things and run them into the ground.

I don’t count 2020 so we’ll call it a draw.

Mid-westerners aren’t stupid they vote with their wallets.
It’s been a myriad of problems, not only lackluster baseball and ownership that have contributed to a perfect storm.
After the summer of love, BLM, riots, looting and corrupt mayors and prosecutors no one is going downtown, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.
There’s a MAJOR reason why the state of Missouri and 2 governors have to had to take over the city prosecutor’s office and the STL. Metro police department.
The STL. Cardinal’s had the absolutely best businessman’s special tradition, bar none, in MLB. Generations of boys and men, fathers and sons, could safely and economically catch breakfast and a beer at Paddy O’s or Soulard without the distinct possibility of being shot or their car fricked with while walking to the stadium and back. That’s gone, the Cardinals organization heavily invested in Ballpark Village right across from the stadium and it’s a complete dogshit experience, overpriced and soulless.
Being in the Midwest, the Cardinal’s used to draw thousands upon thousands from rural communities that made a weekend of it and the Cardinal’s games were the center of it. Overpriced hotel stays and a rampant crime problem gutted that.
…And I grew up a Royal’s fan in K.C., but man living in CoMo and having access to the Cardinal’s was a great game day experience.

No one cares you both suck

No doubt Cards fans haven’t been coming to the park lately, but it’s also a midweek game when school is back in session. September mid week games always have half empty stadiums- even teams that are in a penney race

They’re only drawing 28k for the whole season. Down from 35k last year & 40k the year before. There’s a problem

Welcome back to the 70s. This is what it used to look like. I was there. Pre-Whitey.

Plus St.Louis is a shithole, as is Missouri surrounded by other shitholes like Kansas, Oklahoma and Illinois
St.Louis population
2000: 350K
2010: 319K
2025: 269K
2029 estimate: 244K

I'm a cardinals fan and I support fans not going. Our ownership and FO are complete idiots.

Needs to be the crowd size at the last home game IF they honor Mo then. I’m guessing the organization will honor Mo for his years of service (eye roll). If so, then no one needs to show up. Maybe DeWitt will show up to experience the emptiness.
