when they drafted this guy.
Everyone was like, What, Who?

These guys are the reason why I think this front office will need to pay a premium for vet FA to play edge rusher.
With that said, after hiring Kellen, they did bring in a lot of new guys in the scouting department. Maybe they found someone that can scout edge rushers.

He was injury prone in college so CSP still drafted him…smh

Davenport is a different level bust than the other 2. Turner was in the latter portions of the 1st round and Foskey was 2nd. It's bad to miss on those.
To miss where they picked Davenport is major bustarooney. Much worse than whiffing late 1st round or second round.

I’m pretty sure if I got signed to a team I would stay healthy longer than Payton Turner and I am not in shape to play in the NFL

After hitting on Brees, an injured player, they decided to push their luck and tried to hit the “lottery “ by drafting every injured player that had a bit of potential. SMH.

Davenport/Payton were before Bresse so they stuck to strategy and he is working out

But something between the ears wasnt working right for him.
But, yeah, the FO is dumpster diving.
