He is very accurate and he can run big time. If we beat Clemson it will be quite and accomplishment. Lets hope we play very disciplined on defense and don't let the QB run all over us like last year. I think this will be a high scoring game and hopefully we get enough stops to win.

Just play competitive. Either OSU or Texas will have 1 loss after Saturday and neither will drop much in the rankings. LSU will not drop either if they play competitive and lose.

First game shown is Georgia where he had a total of 2 highlights. I know this has a chance to backfire on me, but…you know…2 highlights in that video…neither went for touchdowns…against Georgia…who didn’t exactly win it all last year.

He’s a good quarterback. We got torched by Miller Moss last year. But, he’s not unstoppable like Burrow, Cam Newton, or Tebow.

Weird that he looks good in his highlight video.

He is good ! Lots of short crossing patterns. Also good at taking off when protection break down-one of our weaknesses last year. Clemson did not have a great running game last year !

Just watched the highlights video you linked. Clubnik looks like the real deal and is going to be very tough to beat especially at home. This team is going to be very hard to beat this season.

From what i saw, Klubniks game reminds me of Burrow. Smart, accurate, gets the bll out quickly, spreads the ball around to numerous players, and can definitely hurt you with his feet.

That being said we ain't backing down or getting intimidated by anyone this season.

I just wish we played a warmup game to work out this oline before having to go on the road and play one of the best teams in cfb this season. Oh well.

If we pull out a win here we are going to have a very special season.

Geaux Tigers!

Did not see a strong arm. Very little down field passing..

Klubnik's Highlights: He is very accurate and he can run big time

This has always been my problem with highlights. Give me full game tape over highlights any day of the week. If you watch full games (like I have) with Klubnik from last year and the year before you could see he improved.

His best trait is he does not miss open receivers downfield. Hes not someone who threads the needle and delivers amazing anticipation throws. There were a number of plays where a ball could have been thrown to a dig with the proper anticipation/height for a big gain but instead of even trying it he just threw a 50/50 jump ball downfield or checked it down. That could work in our favor, but that is why Safety play is going to be big in the passing game. There are plays to be had if they can make the play.

I watched the entire game clemson gave vs USCe. He made some decent throws, but for the most part the cocks shut him down. I wasn't impressed. We've see way better in the SEC.

After watching the highlights, I'm just glad that #9 TE Briningstool is gone to the NFL now.
