Trey'Dez Green is a wise man

So glad that Green wisely ditched McMahon and the basketball team to focus solely on football. He's poised for a monster season and will be a matchup nightmare.
Great chemistry with Nuss in bowl game with 6 catches for 53 yds and 2 TDs. Last season had 4 TDs inside the red zone on just 4 total targets, every target = TD. Has been lethal at camp and made significant strides in his blocking ability. Put in the work in offseason to bulk up 20 pounds.

I expect a Kyle Pitts-esque season from Green

BK said in his presser something along the lines of
“Even when TreyDez is in the field and is covered he’s still open”
lol awesome

No that’s a bad comparison. He’s more similar to Calvin Johnson when he was at GT

Pretty sure he doesn’t run a 4.3.

Great decision, never gonna forget that sick strip and dunk he had though.

I recall Burrow saying something similar about Chase and Jefferson prior to 2019.

Kyle Pitts-esque season

Believe Burrow said something along the lines of if I see a defender’s back, I see an open receiver.

Nobody has ever been similar to Megatron. That guy is as 1/1 as it gets. Thats no knock on Trey’Dez.

When the offense gets inside the 20 the only play that should be run is Green lined up on the outside for a jump ball in the back corner of the end zone. His height and vertical will beat any defender.

Don’t think he has anywhere near the YAC ability pitts had, but I do expect him to go off possession wise

Absolutely no reason for our red zone offense to suck this year. If it does, Sloan gotta go.

Lane Kiffin was the coach of the Raiders and wanted Megatron. Al Davis made them draft Jamarcus. Megatron went #2 and Joe Thomas #3.

It's not even so much the plays he's going to make as the schematic problems it will present to defenses. You simply cannot cover this player normally. It's going to open up space for other options too.

He is so wise that he knows this is his last year in Baton Rouge. No matter how he is used, he will be playing on Sunday/Monday soon.

Why would this be his last year?
