If you haven't had the chance to dive into this album yet, do yourself a favor and jump in heard first.

This is a top to bottom record with ZERO misses.

I’m sure there is mention of this one already on the board, but I believe it deserves its own thread.

Great album. They don't stray much from their norm but they're damn good at it.

It's a nice album. Nothing I Need and Who Laughs Last are probably my favorite. I'd like to see them live. Not sure the last time they've been to Nola.

Like the other poster indicated, their vibe doesn't vary too much, but it is still good.

Last four songs, "It All Comes Back, "Used to Know", "Digging Up the Past", and "Life is Strange" are peak. I could take or leave "Watch Me Go". "The Comedian" is great Vegas vibes.

I don't think they have been to New Orleans since an Orpheum show in 2019.

I saw them twice prior to that at the House of Blues (2016) and the Civic (2018).

They are due to come back and hoping they hit us on the 2nd leg of their tour in 2026.

Great album. Somehow they dont change their sound, but still sound fresh.

Not sure how they do it.

Great album start to finish. At first I didn't like the Kristin Stewart song but is has grown on me.

Great bounce back album.

Their first three albums were personal favorites. I was in the top %1 of Lord Huron listeners of them on Spotify for a few years but man their last album bummed me out. This is definitely more of old Lord Huron.

They are fantastic live, if anyone has a chance to see them, it's worth it.

Long lost?

I know some long time fans don't like that album, I still dont know why.

Such a good album. Almost too composed to have songs stand on their own. But as a si guard experience its quite good.

Yep. When I say Lord Huron was my favorite band, I mean it. I looked forward to that album so much and I legit hated it

There are few things I hate worse in life than an album with white noise tracks and talking in songs. There were numerous white noise/ocean waves/drawn out instrumentals that added absolutely nothing to the album other than just filler. Was so disappointed my favorite band did the thing I hate the most. There first two albums were bam bam bam song ends and it jumps right into another jam. With Long Lost you couldn't even let the album playthrough without listening to long periods of nothing, just completely different from previous albums.

Then to make it worse, the first song off The Cosmic Sector was a song with Kristin Stweart with nothing but.... talking I was like O god now they are doing more pointless stuff. Thankfully that song wasn't a reflection of the rest of the album, just an outlier.

Not my style but that bag of bones song sounds pretty chill. Nice relaxing driving music.
