It’s better now.

If you want to hear about Harry Potter and Star Wars you can find T-Bob on Baratool.

You’re telling me you didn’t like that talk about city council meetings and what kind of corsages they wore for homecoming in high school?

You’re out of your mind.

People have to give Flynn and Hester time to find footing. But…

It’s not good.

Far too much rambling about anything but sports, the most uninteresting conversations possible. FAR too much “in my day”

They are too similar. Way way too similar.

They can’t do what they did because neither of them is TBob.

They have to commit to a MUCH more focused and structured show that is 98% sports instead of 40% sports.

TBob was different than Hester so it worked.

Agree 100%. It’s frustrating being in the car for 30+ minutes every morning and not really getting any relevant sports talk during that time. They need to push all of the bullshite talk to hour 3.

So you'd rather listen to Alondra and Jake talk about city council meetings for 30 minutes? JFC

It’s really bad. Very little sports/LSU talk. All four are talking over each other. Way too much story telling about “when I was playing.”

In their defense, this has to be the most difficult time to be in local sports radio. Yeah they have limited LSU football practice access but there’s no game film/tape to go through. They’re finding their footing for sure but I’m hopeful once the season starts the show will dramatically improve. They can talk X’s and O’s and breakdown film really well and I’m excited for that.

Honestly, the most annoying thing to me is how Hester has to remind everyone listening that he played FB in the NFL 4-5 times per show… Like, my guy, we know.

i’m hoping when the season going it will be heavy on analysis, but that’s not usually how morning shows operate so who knows.

Agree they are way too similar, i like them both but you need some contrast to make for good listening.

Hester used to be all sports back when he had his afternoon show, I think the combo of having 3 hours to find something to talk about and working with T-Bob the last few years have kinda influenced the non sports talk. I still listen to them but have to put on a podcast once they go too far off the rails

That’s why I had to quit listening. The kids making minimum wage working the computer talk wayyy too much and cut everyone off. I don’t understand why the support staff gets so much air time on the morning show.

I have tried giving it a chance, but I think I’m done. Had to turn it off this morning. It’s the middle of fall camp, and these 2 bring zero information to the table that Hunt hasn’t already written about or talked about.

I’ve had enough of Hester’s “time with the Chargers”. We get it brother, but it’s time to give it a rest.

The show should start, like Moscona does, with a sports topic that covers the entire segment and is relevant.

How their families are doing or what they did last night can come later in the show.

Kinda, but not really. You could say that in July, but not right now. We are two weeks out from the season. The media was able to watch multiple 7 on 7 and 11 on 11 periods yesterday and they didn't get into anything LSU related until an hour into the show. They could be doing position previews, previews of other SEC teams, previews of other teams around the country, etc. It's probably tough though whenever one of the cohosts doesn't really watch or care about sports...

7am-8am: general overview of the sports world, news from the previous day, practice reports, etc
8am-9am: specific topics, ie postition preview, team previews, etc
9am-10am: This needs to be the time for their BS talk that nobody cares about.

Between college football/LSU and the NFL/Saints they should be able to do that. I’m not saying that they can’t mix in some random talk here and there, but spending the first 45 minutes of every show talking about stuff that nobody cares about kinda sucks

I honestly don't miss T-Bob and think the show is better with Flynn and Hester. i don't understand the infatuation with Alondra but that's just me.

I get to where I listen to Tingle and Co more even though I don't understand the point of having the guy they call Kinfolk on.

Despite what this board says, Moscona is actually very good at sports radio.
