I think 400 was the allotment in the lower bowl and those were gone quickly.

Through various posts, it sounds like they didn't. Most people I've seen/heard from are purchasing around Section T if purchasing lower bowl tickets.

When LSU sent out the email to season ticket holders about requesting tickets to Clemson it stated that LSU was getting all uppers. The 400 lowers they got were going to the band.

We have a visitors section, and it is not in the nosebleeds. This is how LSU has always done it and, IMO, it is the right thing to do.

My experience in the past is that teams like Clemson, aTm, and several others always put visitors in uppers. They do not target LSU; they just put them where they put every other team.

we should still return the favor to the teams that do it to us.

50% of the visitors 6K in Tiger Stadium are spread out in the nosebleeds. 3K up and 3K down in lower SE.

Since we only have to give Clemson 5K, we can just give them 2K lowerSE and the 3K upper.

It's petty and a logistical nightmare for the ticket office. We put everyone in the corner of the South Endzone.

This makes sense, but I was unaware that they gave uppers and lowers. Good to know.

We should just do whatever we do and not worry about what other teams do.

A&M, like every other SEC school, has 1500 seats for the visitors in the lower bowl. Once you allocate seats for a band and the player comps, you might be talking about 900 tickets for fans when a full band travels.

When A&M went to Clemson in 2019, I think we got a pretty comparable allotment. I sat in Section V, right above the tunnel, and I believe the band was in V down front.

I don't know if something has changed at Clemson, or if they simply aren't giving LSU as good of an allotment as they do for other visitors, or maybe LSU simply gave out all the lower bowl tickets for comps and bigwigs.

We don't have to give them a set number like we do for SEC opponents so I would give them the same number that they gave us and put most of them in the East uppers scattered along the top few rows. Then market the rest of tickets to LSU fans and season ticket holders who would get first shot at them before public sale.
