Well I'll be able to cancel Peacock now. Will this be a separate app than ESPN+ ? Hope they just combine the 2 with a new price

So is ESPN+ going away now too? I have that, but this service at $30 per month is ridiculous.

Yes... this sounds like a new service separate from ESPN+... even though it sounds a lot like ESPN+
From ESPN's story about the deal
quote:
All of ESPN. All in One Place. Coming Soon.
For the first time ever, ESPN will offer its full suite of networks and services directly to fans, along with an enhanced ESPN App that integrates game stats, betting information, fantasy sports, commerce, multiview options and a personalized SportsCenter For You. Designed to give fans more choice, flexibility and access to all of ESPN, these new features and functionality will be available to all fans who watch on the ESPN App on mobile and connected TV devices, whether they subscribe directly or through a traditional pay TV package. For more visit the ESPN DTC Press Kit.

I miss the WWE app. This shite is getting exhausting.

Peacock was paying $180 million/year for PLEs and other WWE content. ESPN will be paying $325 million/year for just PLEs.

Yes ESPN+ is no longer going to exist.
You will have to get "ESPN" now which will be $29.99.

Hopefully this gets repackaged into the disney/hulu/espn bundle?

Match and PPV archives, behind the scenes stuff, ride alongs, archived shows from the brands wwe bought through the years like WCW and ECW. It was alot of good content for wrestling fans.

I never watch live since it’s on Saturdays now and I have a life but it was nice to log in to my friends Peacock account and watch some of the replay or catch the end live. I’ll just watch the clips on instagram or something.

That's my hope as well b/c I'm not buying ESPN by itself to pay $30/month just to watch PLE's

I'm still using it to watch Law & Order Organized Crime.

If it’s a stand alone 300 a year just for wwe their numbers are going to drop dramatically.
You get a lot of other stuff with peacock plus.
Granted if this is correct I also had no idea I was paying that much for it now either

So the $30 is on top of what we pay through a normal tv provider for ESPN networks in the tv package?

VPN to watch the international broadcast is the only way to go about this. I'm not paying $30/month to watch 1 PLE.
