Have conservatives figured out that Reagan era trickle down economics is a farce yet?

It seems like there is a monumental amount of data that clearly points to wealth not trickling down. Wealth becomes more and more concentrated by the .1% and everything is getting more expensive with a rapidly vanishing middle class. I don't see it ending well.

The wealth didn’t trickle down because it was all either taxed and wasted or exported.

But the point remains: you have no claim to someone else’s labor or wealth. You do not get to force someone to give you their labor nor steal from them their wealth. You want the top 1% to suffer? Stop supporting their business and force local competition and local politics to rule over national parties and global companies.

Never totally bought into the trickle down economics, never bought into socialism/communism either.

It looks like you just described communism.

Conservatives myopically fixate on the lowest common denominator and all the free shite they get, while liberals do the same with the ultra wealthy.

Meanwhile those of us in the middle are getting crushed by both ends of the economic spectrum.

There are obviously options in between.

Clearly you haven’t figured out we don’t actually have a free market and a just tax and monetary system

Agreed and I'd argue that's largely because of trickle down economics. And our debt problem is also a function of this.

Come up with a topic that deserves one.

All the shite that "helps the rich" helps me too and I am not "rich".

The free shite party started long before trickle down economics, back during LBJs great society. I dont really see trickle down being the primary factor there other than stagnant wages for the underclass, but most of those people arent working to begin with.

It should be an assumption that people that post on a political forum have some basic level of information on which to form an option. Sorry for overestimating people.

Maybe you could do some research to refute me
