His awkwardness stems from his incredible intelligence.
Many people who are that smart are poor communicators because their brains outrun their ability to formulate speech, but not this guy.
Few speakers are more precise in their language/verbiage/articulation than him. Very, very few.

A cool side note about Maria Bartiromo. She met Joey Ramone of The Ramones years ago and asked for financial advice. They wound up becoming friends. Joey wrote this sound about her:

I think Maria's show is one of the best on Fox, seems like she asks all the right questions. Not just today but weekly .. FWIW...

If they have the smoking gun why aren't people in handcuffs? Steady little releases like this are about the news cycle not typically how big prosecutions are brought about against powerful people
