Maybe not a butterface, but there is something odd going on with it......like all the parts aren't exactly in the right spots.
ETA: I'd be leery of this one. With that kind of starting canvas, as age takes over it will take a real, top level specialist not to really screw things up. A little too much poofiness here, a little too high of a lift there, and you'd be flirting with scaring small children.

I'm a face guy so I don't think she's as hot as others do, but I will defend her and say that still pictures are bad for her. When you see her on TV or a movie, in motion, it's not really as jarring and she looks fine. Odd, kind of cute, but not the same as her still pictures.
