Democrats break the law.
Republicans adhere to traditions.
Republicans adhere to traditions.

No.
Establishment republicans hide behind rules to obfuscate the fact that many of them want the same things the Democrats do, they just can’t win reelection if they admit it.
“No democrats are really republicans, but 50% of DC republicans are actually democrats.”

Grassley has the balls and I don’t think really GAF. Grassley also posts on X like my daughters with his abbreviations which I find entertaining. Do it Chuck.

Why are Reps slow playing freaking judicial nominees? I swear Thune was secretly elected Majority leader because he is there to ensure MAGA doesn't get too wild with changes that might upset the special interests and UniParty DC establishment.
Texas Republican Party members sure do a lot a quirky feet dragging on major issues ultimately

Reckon Republicans will bother showing up to vote on these judges? Quite a few of them sure didn't when Biden was ramming them through.

And Republicans wonder why they are such losers.

Johnson and Thune may be powerful in their positions, but they still answer to the voters back home. Whole lot of people are sick of "business as usual". Last thing they want is for the voter to start thinking they are a swamp creature, just trying to stay in power and attend DC cocktail parties.

What is the "hoax" he is referring to?

They allow or confirm radical leftists and they promote milk toast rinos.
No matter how much damage the 1st group creates or how ineffective the second group is, they stay on the gravy train.
They won't support DJT47 nominees (that are not coming from the rinos pick list this term) because they will not support the massive change to the status quo that actually requires them to legislate and pass laws to lock in the change.

Just listened to Charlie Kirk talking to a senator about it. They blame the senate rules. They think we are complete morons. I even found Kirk disappointing, going on and on about turn the AC off. Just stupid shite.
If the senate had the will they would make it happen. It’s that simple. Fuk the rules, the GOP controls the senate. Change the fuking rules. The truth is they hide behind their rules. That’s why I’m against the filibuster as well. It’s all a show so that they can do exactly what they want. All Thune has to do is to recess the place. But they like it the way it is.
