Has anyone been to Mind Body Swing?

Curious if anyone has went on one of their free tours and checked it out. Wanting to know what the membership fees are and if it is 24/7 access?
Looks like they are closed on weekends and close early on weekdays. Makes it hard for someone who works to go on a tour but really interested in getting more info.

Yes - I checked it out a few weeks ago. Place is unlike anything in the state. 7 bays, indoor putting green and chipping area, weight room with personal trainers on staff, recovery area including cold plunge and hyperbaric chamber. They will soon be building an outdoor practice area behind the building too with another green and chipping/pitching area.
Cost of membership is $750 per month which is steep but it is 24/7 access for members and membership includes a personal training plan, 90 minutes on the simulators daily, etc.
Brian is killing it.

I would highly recommend it. Everything you need to improve your game and your health and his second and third phase plans will make it even better.

Wow. There's a place near me that sounds similar. 24/7 access to simulators, weight room area, trainers, etc.. Starting plan is $189 per month which includes some intro swing and fitness analysis. Then for $249 and higher, you start to include a certain number of lessons per month, training, etc. depending on the plan.

He's capping it at 150 members. Already has 100+ signed up...
He's also grabbing a lot of junior players (their families) and a lot of the members from CCL who obviously have discretionary funds available.

Hard to believe it.
Gary Paul tried something like this years ago. It’s a children’s clothing store now (Young Fashions).
I love the idea for sure.

Wait. So 110k + a month just In membership puts it at 1.3 million or so a year. I know he bit off a ton in initial investment (building, build out, equipment) and has staff to pay (trainer, 2-3 non-pga teachers) but damn that’s a good business model if he can keep it going and produce some results. I would be interested but not at that price point.

We joined......I have a couple junior golfers in the house. I really like the place, it gets even steeper when you get to the junior development program
Signed a 1 year contract, so far so good.
