25 year old women have less emotional baggage and are more fun to be around also. The only reason a man might pretend that he would prefer to date a 35 year old is because he knows he is less desirable and cannot attract a 25 year old. This man will say that he has nothing in common with a 25 year old or that 35 year olds are more mature. He is only saying this to save face.
