There is no presidential immunity when he is OUT of office. So, his actions, communications, etc. after Trump’s inauguration are the keys to downtown.

It’s a moot point because no one is getting indicted. Not just Obama, I can guarantee not a single indictment will be made. Bookmark this post.
I’ve scoured documents, pubs, and this site for something of substance on this issue & all I’ve gotten is:
1. People pretending that Mueller, Senate Committee, and Ratcliffe reports didn’t happen + Russia did nothing.
2. People pretending the investigation was focused on “vote fixing” or calling election results into question, rather than national security.
Gabbard’s narrative ignores:
1. The three agreeing reports
2. The fact that the senate was on the verge of launching its own investigation prior to the election
3. Revises history to suggest none of this was an issue until after the election.
There’s no new info here & believing Russia didn’t aggressively target the US in 2016 at this point requires one to exist in an alternate reality.

There won’t be indictments. However, citing three investigations that relied on falsified evidence as evidence there was no falsification of evidence is so completely moronic, even you should see that.
